ONE: Operation Introduction
 The
copper - phosphorus filler metals with good fluidity are a kind of
copper and phosphorus two elements alloy base or copper ,phosphorus
and sliver three elements . They can adopt contact welding ,oxyfuel
gas welding , high frequency welding and furnace welding .
The copper - phosphorus alloy with sliver will greatly improve wettability
, strength toughness
and lower melting point .These products are mainly applied on the
refrigeration , air conditioner ,water heater as well as transformer
, motor , instruments and meters etc .
The copper - phosphorus filler metals are suitable to braze copper,
brasses but they can not be
suitable to braze ferrous . The phosphorus in the filler metals can
reduce oxide of copper and oxide of sliver as brazing flux , so you
don't need it when you braze copper and sliver with the copper - phosphorus
filler metals , but you should make up the right flux in order to
get good braze when you braze copper alloy because the phosphorus
can't fully reduce the oxide formed by copper alloy element .
Before brazing , you should clear away all dirt on the brazed place
and on the surface of object
to be brazed such as greasy dirt , oxide and so on , the best brazed
joints is between 0.03mm to 0.075mm .
The heat speed should be quick as possible when brazing in order to
avoid the flat of the filler
metals because of slow heat process . The copper color will be return
if it is dipped into 10 percent of sulphuric acid solution .

TWO: Product Specification
1、The welding wires series :
The plate-shaped welding wires whose diameters are between 0.8mm to
3.0mm .
2、 The brazing rods series :
The stick-shaped rods whose diameters are between 0.8mm to 4.0mm and
the flat-shaped rod whose specification is 1.3mm×3.15mm .
3、 The brazing rings series :
Various specification whose diameters are between 0.8mm to 2.5mm and
whose internal diameter is more than 3.5mm .
The main purpose is to satisfy the automation production line .
